One of the most anticipated movies of the year is the
Varun Tej Konidela starrer '
Ghani
.' The film, co-starring
Saiee Manjrekar, and directed by
Kiran Korrapati, with music by S Thaman, is slated to hit the big screens on April 8, 2022, and has been making headlines since the beginning.
And while the makers of 'Ghani' are gearing for its release, it has been learnt that the
digital rights
of Varun Tej’s upcoming film has been sold for a whopping
Rs 25 crore
. It is fascinating to see that the film has had a great start even before releasing. With this exorbitant deal, 'Ghani' has now become Varun Tej’s first movie to fetch such a huge amount of money ahead of its release.
'Ghani' was supposed to hit the screens last December. But, the third wave of the pandemic had made it impossible for the makers to release the movie at that point in time. Directed by debutante Kiran Korrapati, the story is penned by Abburi Ravi. "Ghani" has its stunts composed by Dhilip Subbarayan and Larnell Stovall. It also features Jagapathi Babu, Suniel Shetty, Upendra, and Naveen Chandra will be seen in significant roles.
The film’s technical crew includes George C Williams for cinematography and Marthand K Venkatesh for editing. 'Ghani' is produced by Renaissance Pictures and Allu Bobby Company. Tamannaah Bhatia has a special song titled Kodthe in the movie, which has music by Thaman.
