Tollywood star actors who did not have a release in 2023

2023 had a number of Telugu films that were released in theatres and found their spot in the global box office charts. Though the number of films were increased to an extent, fans missed their favourite and top stars as they did not grace the big screens leaving the fans more eager for their film releases next year. Here is a list of big actors who did not have any film releases this year!

Ram Charan was last seen in the movies 'RRR' and 'Acharya' which were released in 2022. He then signed up for this next movie 'Game Changer' with Shankar which went on floors in September 2021 after a muhurat pujah and the third schedule of shooting began in February 2022 and the movie shooting is still going on. The film is a political action starring Ram Charan, Kiara Advani and SJ Suryah in lead roles and the film is slated for a release in 2024.

The actor was last seen in the movie Sarkaaru Vari Patta in 2022. The actor did not have any releases in 2023 and he is now awaiting the release of his next film Guntur Kaaram which is set to release in theatres in January 2024 for Sankranti. Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the film is an action masala and it stars Mahesh Babu, Sreeleela, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Jagapathi Babu, Ramya Krishnan, Prakash Raj, Jayaram among others.

Jr NTR was last seen in the film 'RRR' in 2022. Following which he did not sign up for any films that was released this year. He has 'Devara' and 'War 2' in the pipelines which are scheduled for a release in 2024. 'War 2' marks the Bollywood debut of the actor. The shooting for Devara is now underway.

Actor Nagarjuna was last seen in the film The Ghost in 2022. He had no releases in 2-23 and the actor is now shooting for his next film titled Naa Saami Ranga. The teaser of the film was recently launched and it was earlier scheduled for a release in January 2024, but as the post production of the movie will be delayed now, the makers will soon announce the new release date.

Allu Arjun was last seen in the film Pushpa: The Rise in 2021. The actor won the National Award for Best Actor and he is now shooting for the sequel of the film. The actor will soon be seen on the big screens with Pushpa 2: The Rule, which is set for its release on August 15, 2024. He will be seen on the big screens after a gap of two years.
