Team of Anushka Shetty, Madhavan starrer 'Nishabdam' watch 'Sakhi' in their down-time

Hemant Madhukar’s upcoming multi-lingual ‘Nishabdam’, starring Anushka Shetty, Madhavan in lead roles is one that is much-awaited.
Shoot for the film is progressing at a brisk pace in Seattle, despite rumours of Anushka Shetty’s injury while shooting for ‘Sye Raa’. Madhavan took to social media today to share a video of how he feels when the whole film’s unit was catching his iconic Mani Ratnam film ‘Sakhi’ on the big screen.He wrote, “When the whole unit sits down to watch Alaipayuthey/Sakhi during the break in Seattle…Surreal” (sic)
In the video the actor pans around the room and Anushka, Kona Venkat, Neeraja Kona and several others from the film’s unit can be seen watching the film. “When the whole unit is watching your movie in Seattle after 20 years and 20 kilos,” he says, before switching to the screen showing his film.

‘Nishabdam’ is also slated for release in Tamil and English as ‘Silence’ also stars Michael Madsen, Anjali, Shalini Pandey, Subbaraju and Srinivasa Avasarala in key roles. The film will feature cinematography by Shaneil Deo and music by Gopi Sundar.
