Rashmika Mandanna to romance Nithiin Reddy after Vijay Deverakonda?

Rashmika Mandanna of ‘Chalo’ fame might be going through a rough patch post her break-up with Kannada hero Rakshit Shetty, but she is going great guns in her film career. After the stupendous success of her recent release ‘Geetha Govindam’ which has amassed over Rs 100 crore at the global box-office, the 22-year-old Karnataka beauty will be seen alongside Vijay Deverakonda once again in ‘Dear Comrade’.Awaiting the release of the Nagarjuna – Nani multi-starrer ‘DevaDas’, she also has a few films to complete in Sandalwood.
Latest buzz in Tollywood circuit suggests that ‘Chalo’ director Venky Kudumula wants to repeat Rashmika for his second film too. Starring Nithiin as the protagonist, the untitled film is currently in the pre-production phase and Rashmika Mandanna is yet to give her nod.
Nithiin’s film career is currently in doldrums with three back-to-back flops in the form of ‘LIE’, ‘Chal Mohan Ranga’ and ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’. His last hit was the Samantha-starrer ‘A Aa’ in 2016 directed by Trivikram Srinivas. Let’s hope that the addition of Rashmika Mandanna to his latest film will bring the much-needed luck for the ‘Ishq’ star.
