Prasanth Varma and Dr Rajasekhar's upcoming film's pre-look released

After the release of the mind-bending ‘Awe’, Prasanth Varma seems to have had a flood of good offers pouring in.
Taking to social media Wednesday morning, the director announced the release of his next with Dr Rajasekhar. Posting an intriguing pre-look of a newspaper clipping stating – Who is the murderer? – he wrote, “On the eve of Bakrid.. announcing my next..#EidMubarak #HBDMegastarChiranjeevi.” (sic)
Dr Rajasekhar too, who’s touted to be seen in a ‘new avatar’ in the film shared the poster and wrote, “Wishing u all a very Happy Bakrid.Here I’m releasing the pre-look of my next with the ‘awe’some @prasanthvarma. Launching the title logo on August 26th with all the other details. Chiranjeevi Garu,Many Many Happy Returns Of The Day! #HBDMegastarChiranjeevi From My Team & Me.” (sic)
The title and first look of the film will be launched on August 26. The pre-look of the film also sees a clipping of Kapil Dev winning the world cup and the release of Chiranjeevi’s film ‘Khaidi’. It remains to be seen what new avatar Dr Rajasekhar will be seen in and how the film will fare after his previous hit ‘PSV Garuda Vega’.
Prasanth also recently revealed details about the project previously. He wrote, “Thank u so much @RaoKavitha garu!! I promise to bring u more out-of-the-box stories. Working on a story completely set in 1983, Telangana.” (sic) He also put out a call for dialogue writers well versed in Telangana dialect. “Looking for a dialogue writer who is well versed in Telangana dialect!! prasanth@scriptsville.in” (sic)
Prasanth Varma recently helmed the Telugu remake of Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Queen’, titled ‘That is Mahalakshmi’ and starring Tamannaah in the lead role. Details of the film’s release are yet to be revealed.
