‘Peddi’: Ram Charan spills the bean about his challenging role in the upcoming Buchi Babu Sana directorial
‘RRR’ star Ram Charan will be seen next in the upcoming rural sports drama, ‘Peddi’. The film that is currently in the shooting phase, with its release date set to coincide with the actor’s birthday in March. For the film, the actor underwent a physical transformation, opting to grow long hair, beard and rock a more muscular physique.
As per a report by 123Telugu, Ram Charan shared his views about the film and his role. Speaking to the ortal, he shared that ‘Peddi’ is very close to his heart and called it one of the most interesting and intense characters he has played till now.
During his interaction, Ram Charan once again confirmed that ‘Peddi’ will release on its planned date. He assured fans that there is no delay. The film is set for a big pan-India theatrical release on March 27, 2026.
With this, the film is set to arrive in theatres just a week after Ranveer Singh's 'Dhurandhar Part 2' and Yash's 'Toxic' clash on March 19.
