Nani resumes shooting for Tuck Jagadish with the new Covid-19 guidelines

Sharing a picture that resembles his first-look from the film, but with a mask in hand, the actor wrote on his social media, “Jagadish joins. Tuck begins (shoot). #TuckJagadish.” (sic) In the picture, Nani can be seen dressed in a formal green shirt that’s tucked into jeans and standing against large lights in the middle of greenery. 50% of the filming was completed before the lockdown, but shoot was put on hold due to the pandemic for months. Nani’s last film with Mohan Krishna Indraganti, starring Sudheer Babu, Aditi Rao Hydari and Nivetha Thomas hit OTT due to the pandemic. However, Tuck Jagadish will be ready by January to hit screens depending on the situation. The film also stars Ritu Varma and Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead roles, it remains to be seen if they will join shoot too. After this, Nani will work with a newcomer called Srikanth, who previously worked with Sukumar as an AD.

Nani spent some valuable time with his wife Anjana Yelavarthy and their son Arjun, whom they lovingly call

, during the lockdown. Talking to Hyderabad Times, he had said, “Due to the pandemic, I have been constantly by Junnu’s side for more than six months now. He has gotten so used to me; he asks when I’ll be back even if I head out for a few hours. It’ll be difficult to get back to shoot now.” Further details are awaited.
