Slated for a release on March 1, the

pre-release event

of 118 happened yesterday at the JRC Conventions in Film Nagar. Nandamuri scions

Balakrishna

and Junior NTR graced the event as Chief Guests and enthralled the fans big-time. Balayya Babu praised Kalyan Ram for his strong penchant to tell different stories and introduce new talents under his own production house, NTR Arts.
Speaking amid the constant cheering of fans, NTR termed 118 as the best movie and performance in Kalyan Ram’s career. “I happened to watch 118. Nivetha Thomas’ performance in a particular scene literally moved me to tears. She is truly one of the best actors in this generation. And Shalini will surely go places after the release.”

Bankrolled by East Coast Productions, the film features Nivetha Thomas & ‘Arjun Reddy’ beauty Shalini Pandey as the two female leads. Noted producer-cum-distributor Dil Raju has acquired the theatrical rights of 118 for both the Telugu states.
