Jr NTR's 'Devara: Part 1' team to kick off South belt promotions with grand audio launch in Chennai

Jr NTR starrer 'Devara: Part 1' is ten days away from hitting the silver screen on September 27th. The movie directed by Koratala Siva also features Bollywood's Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan making their Telugu debut. With the release date approaching soon the makers are actively promoting the film.

As per a report by 123Telugu, the cast and team of the film will land in Chennai to begin the promotions in the hype. To build around the hype among the masses it is reported that the film's audio launch will be held in Tamil Nadu's capital city. From there the makers will be heading towards Kerala and Karnataka to promote the film. Lastly, the film's original, Telugu version will be held on September 22nd.

Earlier the team was in Mumbai where the makers unveiled the trailer of the film during an event. They also took part in multiple promotional activities. Jr NTR was seen having a brief discussion with Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt, who were also promoting their upcoming venture.

Recently, parts of the team's interview with 'Animal' Sandeep Reddy Vanga went viral where the team discussed the film's various aspects and the actor's experience of working on the film.

In the movie, Jr NTR plays a dual role of a father and son, as Devara and Vara. Janhvi Kapoor is seen playing the female lead as Thangam and Saif Ali Khan will be the primary antagonist of the film, Bhairava.

The movie is situated in a fictional town and is expected to revolve around coastal areas.

The film also includes Prakash Raj, Srikanth Meka, Tom Shine Chacko, and Narain in key supporting roles.

The music is composed by the renowned Anirudh Ravichander.
