Nandamuri Balakrishna's 100th, 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' is nearing completion and the latest we hear is that the makers are ready to release the movie a day ahead of the schedule. The movie, which is a high budgeted epic was initially set to hit screens on January 12, 2017. However, the makers are inclined towards January 11, given that the actor's massive hit 'Narasimha Naidu' released on the same day, 15 years ago.

Also, director Krish is keen on a racy narration of the periodic flick and is considering to chop off the unnecessary or not so important portions of the movie. Now the movie will have a crisp narrative with a run time of 130 minutes. The movie has a VFX shots for a stretch of 40 minutes. Surprisingly, the movie is locking horns with Megastar Chiranjeevi's 150th, 'Khaidi No 150' at the Box Office this Sankranthi. The official announcement is yet to be made.
