Gopichand and Tamannaah Bhatia's Seetimaarr team wishes a happy New Year

as they released a new poster from the film where Gopichand is essaying the role of coach. Elaborating on the title, Gopichand is seen whistling in the quirky poster of the film.

Based on Kabaddi, the film is a sports drama directed by Sampath Nandi. The director took to Twitter to wish fans a Happy New Year and reveal when the film is set to release. He wrote, “#Seetimaarr everyone For a better n bright 2021Collision #HappyNewYear2021 #GoodBye2020”(sic).

Gopichand too took to social media to wish his fans a happy New Year.
Currently, the film is being shot in Hyderabad. A source close to the unit revealed, “Currently, the scenes against the railway station backdrop are being shot in the city. This will be the final schedule as the team has decided to wrap up the entire shooting in one schedule.” Tamannaah Bhatia too is playing the role of a Kabaddi coach and she will be seen as

in the film. It is reported that after wrapping up the shoot, the team will announce the release date.

Seetimaarr is said to be a full-fledged sports-drama. The first look of the film which sees Gopichand in a rugged look with a whistle around his neck was met with good response. Tamannaah’s first look in orange sportswear also received positive feedback.
