'Disco Raja': Five reasons why you should watch Ravi Teja starrer

Vi Anand’s Ravi Teja, Payal Rajput, Nabha Natesh, Bobby Simha starrer ‘Disco Raja’ hits screens this Friday, promising to tell a sci-fi tale. With a subject like PTSD, it needs to be seen what he makes of it.

Ravi Teja, the Mass Maharaja of Tollywood, is known for his energetic on-screen persona. The actor aces roles that require him to mouth punch dialogues, fight and dance like a pro, so it’s only natural that with a name like Disco Raj, he will be a treat to watch on-screen. The actor’s dialogues from the teaser have also made a mark.

Bobby Simha’s Sethu
Bobby Simha is a national-award winning actor, so to have someone like him on-board makes expectations high for the film. The actor was last seen in Edaina Jaragocchu and he aced his role. So with a role like Burma Sethu, it remains to be seen how well Bobby pulls off the bad guy with ease.

The leading ladies
Payal Rajput and Nabha Natesh have proven their mettle and shown they’re more than just a pretty face with the kind of roles they’ve done in the past. So with both actresses leading the show in this one, it remains to be seen what their characters are like and how they’ll match up to the Mass Maharaja.

What’s clear from the teasers is that the film will have a retro touch with actors seen in 80s style costumes. While it’s unclear if the story will veer between two timelines or include time travel, it would be exciting to see how it all pans out.
