Natural Star Nani’s latest release, 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram', has been winning both fans with its blend of intense action and engaging storytelling. Directed by Vivek Athreya, this action thriller features Priyanka Mohan as the female lead and SJ Suryah in the role of the main antagonist. Despite the film's overall success, the director recently acknowledged some minor shortcomings in the writing process during the movie’s success celebrations.

According to a report by Gulte, at the recent event, Athreya explained that while he recognized certain issues in the script, the exceptional performances from the cast helped overshadow any weaknesses. He expressed gratitude to his actors, particularly Nani, for bringing his vision to life, saying that their brilliant acting helped cover the gaps in the writing. The director even called it his "first success," as he felt that his choice of cast made a significant difference.

Vivek Athreya went on to thank Nani, who plays the lead role of Surya, for having immense faith in him. He admitted that Nani's trust in the project surpassed even his own confidence as a director. 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' marks the second collaboration between Nani and Athreya, after their previous film 'Ante Sundaraniki'.

The plot of 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' centers on Surya, a man struggling with severe anger issues. To manage his rage, his mother comes up with a unique solution: Surya can unleash his anger on Saturdays, targeting wrongdoers in a vigilante-style quest for justice. As the story progresses, Surya’s anger-fueled mission leads him into conflict with a corrupt police officer, played by SJ Suryah.

The film also features Sai Kumar, Ajay Ghosh, Aditi Balan, and Harshavardhan.

Released as a pan-India film the movie is available in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada, 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' has gained positive attention for its gripping narrative and high-stakes drama. The movie is also named 'Surya's Saturdays'.
