'Brahma Anandam' OTT release date: When and where to watch father-son Brahmanandam-Raja Goutham starrer

Brahmanandam's latest film, 'Brahma Anandam', has made its digital debut. Directed by RVS Nikhil, the film is a comedy-drama that brings together Brahmanandam and his son Raja Goutham in a father-son collaboration.

After receiving a lukewarm response in theaters, 'Brahma Anandam' is now available on Aha for viewers with a Gold subscription. The rest of the users can access it starting the next day.

The OTT platform on X (formerly Twitter) wrote, "When life gives you struggles, #brahmanandam gives you laughter! Watch #BrahmaAnandam Premieres 20th March only on aha! (24hrs early access for aha gold users)"

The story revolves around Brahma, a struggling theater artist played by Raja Goutham. Brahma is desperate to stage a play but lacks the necessary funds. His life takes a turn when he meets his estranged grandfather, Ananda Rao Murthy, portrayed by Brahmanandam. Ananda Rao offers to help Brahma financially but with a condition: Brahma must accompany him to their ancestral village. Unbeknownst to Brahma, his grandfather has a surprising motive for this journey which is to get married again at an old age.

Brahmanandam gives a well-praised performance, different from his typical comedic roles, as now he portrays a vulnerable and warm character.

Raja Goutham convincingly plays the flawed protagonist, Brahma, while Vennela Kishore brings much-needed humor to the film.

The film includes Priya Vadlamani, Sampath, Rajiv Kanakala, and Talluri Rameswari in the key roles. The music of the film is composed by Sandilya Pisapati. The cinematography by Mitesh Parvathaneni captures the real-life settings of Hyderabad.

As per trade analyst Sacnilk reports, 'Brahma Anandam' has accumulated a total of Rs 1.87 crore at the Indian box office and Rs 2.10 crore worldwide.
