Allu Arjun allots 40 days for Rudhramadevi

Allu Arjun has reportedly allotted 40 days to shoot his portion in Gunasekhar's upcoming film Rudhramadevi. The actor is playing the role of Gona Ganna Reddy, a warrior, who played an important role during the reign of Rani Rudramadevi in the 13th century. Catherina Tresa is going to play his romantic interest in the film and the cast also includes Anushka, Rana and Nithya Menen.Ever since Allu Arjun came onboard earlier this year, he has been undergoing extensive training in martial arts, horse riding among other things to prepare for his role. This is the second time that Bunny is going to work in Gunasekhar's direction, post Varudu. Ilayaraja is scoring tunes for this period action drama.
