Dulquer Salmaan’s 'Sita Ramam' is yet another April 5 release. The film clashes with Nandamuri Kalyanram’s 'Bimbisara.' The trailer of this much-talked-about film which was released earlier this month piqued the viewers' interest in the film, and raised expectations and excitement among Dulquer’s loyal fan following. Upon its release in theatres, the film received highly positive responses from audiences.
The day 1 box office figures of Dulquer Salmaan’s film are out now. One of the most anticipated movies of the year is 'Sita Ramam,' co-starring Mrunal Thakur and Rashmika Mandanna, and directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, with music by Vishal Chandrasekhar, hit the big screens on August 5. It has been making headlines since the beginning, with its fantastic promotional material. According to trade reports, 'Sita Ramam' had a decent opening day. It earned Rs 5.25 crore on Day 1 of its release.
As of now, the film is having stiff competition from Kalyanram’s 'Bimbisara,' which has also been getting rave reviews from the cine-goers. Sita Rama is produced by Aswini Dutt under the banners of Vyjayanthi Movies and Swapna Cinema. The film also features Sumanth, Tharun Bhascker, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Bhumika Chawla, Vennela Kishore, Prakash Raj, Shatru, Sachin Khedekar, Jishhu Sengupta and Murali Sharma.
'Sita Ramam' was released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The technical crew involved in the project includes Vishal Chandrasekhar for music, PS Vinod and Shreyaas Krishna for cinematography and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao for editing.
