Music Review: The soundtrack of Pancharaaksharam has a line-up of three songs, that goes hand-in-hand with its supernatural theme. The crisp album begins with Theerathae in Sid Sriram’s magnetic voice. The acoustics set a pleasant tone to the song, which builds up pace gradually.

Next comes Destiny-Travel song, rendered by Rajan Chelliah, Cliffy, Padmapriyaand and MM Manasi. The travel song is pretty self-explanatory, acting as a breezy earworm, accompanied by beautiful flute interludes.

Shiva - Iravukkum Pagalukkum, is a fast-paced song, rendered by Vijay Yesudas and Arunraja Kamaraj. Accompanied by heavy beats and hints of veena, the song has a devotional touch to it, evoking imageries of the Lord of Destruction.

The other pieces in the soundtrack are two background themes: Pancharaaksharam Epic Theme and Pancharaaksharam Book Theme, two very gripping scores.
