'Iraivan' is an intense psychological thriller drama starring Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara in lead roles. The movie is directed by I Ahmed and the movie is set to release in theatres on September 28. The movie trailer has been launched by the movie makers today, September 3 and it shows that the movie is a cat and mouse drama between a cop and serial killer. Jayam Ravi plays the role of cop as Arjun and Rahul Bose plays the role of serial killer Brahma.
The film's music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja and the intense trailer is gripping and has the audience hooked on to the screen as it has several nail biting scenes. The trailer introduces Rahul Bose's character who is in the police custody after murdering 12 young girls. The film's cast includes Jayam Ravi, Nayanthara, Rahul Bose, Naren, Ashish Vidyarthi, Bucks, Azhagam Perumal and Vijaylakshmi in important roles. Watch the trailer here!
The movie also marks the reunion of Nayanthara and Jayam Ravi after 'Thani Oruvan' in 2015. Following 'Iraivan', the duo will once again come together for 'Thani Oruvan 2' which will be released in 2o24. Meanwhile, on the work front, Jayam Ravi has a few projects in the pipeline that includes 'Siren', 'JR 30' and 'Genie'. Nayanthara is awaiting the release of her film 'Jawan' in theatres and the actress will be shooting for her films 'Test' and the tentatively titled 'Lady Superstar 75'.
