A few days ago, we had told you that the much-awaited first look of
Ajith Kumar - starrer
‘Viswasam’
will be unveiled on the occasion of
Vinayaka Chathurthi

However, the makers made a surprise announcement on Wednesday clarifying that the first look will be launched at 3.40am this morning.
Unveiling the poster on Twitter, the production house tweeted, “We are excited to present to you #ViswasamFirstLook #Pongal2019.” Going by the poster, it looks like ‘Viswasam’ is an out-and-out commercial entertainer with Ajith Kumar reported to be playing dual roles after a long time. The poster shows Ajith Kumar in a massy avatar sporting two different looks for the film.
Needless to say, ‘Viswasam’ first look has gotten terrific response from Ajith’s fans across social media platforms. Within minutes after releasing the poster, ‘Viswasam’ became the trending topic on Twitter. So far, over 5 lakh tweets have been posted under the hashtag ‘Viswasam First Look’.
‘Viswasam’ has huge expectations among the audience, especially after the debacle called ‘Vivegam’. Being funded by Sathya Jyothi Films, Nayanthara has been roped in to play the leading lady. Also starring Vivek,
Yogi Babu, Thambi Ramaiah,
Bose Venkat and
Kovai Sarala. The film has music by
D Imman
, who is widely popular for his rural music.
Being directed by
Siva, ‘Viswasam’ is all set for a massive release on Pongal 2019.
