Malayalam investigation thriller 'Joseph' starring Joju George has joined the list of Malayalam to Tamil remakes after the remake rights were bagged by director Bala. RK Suresh has roped in for the lead role, and the film has been under production for over a year. RK Suresh in a dual role
Joju George played a retired cop in 'Joseph', while Dileesh Pothan played the other lead. But RK Suresh has decided to play a dual role and reprises Joju George and Dileesh Pothan's roles in the remake. RK Suresh has worked hard for his dual role and done a stunning physical transformation. RK Suresh will be appearing in two different looks one as an elderly man and a youngster.

Padmakumar's own remake
After deciding to remake 'Joseph' in Tamil, the makers have straight away gone to the original director Padmakumar. 'Visithiran' marks the Tamil debut of Padmakumar, and the director has reportedly made some changes to the original story to adapt it to the Tamil audience.
