Vijay is a happy man

Director Vijay is a content man these days. Even as the response for his recent film with Ilaiyathalapathy Vijay has got a smile on the team's face, he is now gearing up to start work on his next, Saivam.
"We are planning to go on floors with the project from mid-October. While Baby Sara will play the protagonist, casting for the rest of the roles are on," he smiles.
His Thalaivaawith Vijay had a delayed release in the state. But the director adds, "The audience here waited patiently. We knew there were pirated dvds available in the market and the film was available online as well. Despite these issues, the film has got a good run. We were apprehensive initially, but now, we are happy."
