Vignesh Shivan wishes Nayanthara’s mother on her birthday!

Director Vignesh Shivan tied the knot with Nayanthara in June. The couple were in a relationship for nearly 8 years and finally opted to marry in an intimate ceremony. Vignesh Shivan has now shared an unseen picture of him with Nayanthara’s mother from the wedding. Wishing his mother-in-law on her birthday, the director wrote a sweet message for Omana Kurian. The picture has Vignesh Shivan kissing Nayanthara’s mother on the forehead expressing his love for her.

Captioning the image, he wrote, “Happy birthday dear Omana Kurian, my other mother. A woman I love so much and always look up to. Purest soul with a beautiful heart. Praying to God for your good health, peace, happiness and a lot of blessings.”

Fans of the director and actress were happy to see the relationship that he shares with his mother-in-law. The couple has been taking the internet by storm ever since their wedding with the photos from the ceremony and their honeymoon to Thailand and Spain.

On the work front, Nayanthara will be soon in her Malayalam debut ‘Gold’. She also has a few projects in the pipeline in Tamil – ‘Iraivan’ and her Bollywood debut ‘Jawan’ with Shah Rukh Khan. Meanwhile Vignesh Shivan is prepping for his work for his next directorial with Ajith which is tentatively titled ‘AK 62’.
