Venkat Prabhu's star-studded 'Party' likely to release in September

After the super hit 'Chennai 600028 II', director Venkat Prabhu announced his next film 'Party'. Many popular faces in the industry were roped in for the film, and it started operating in 2018. Later, the film was scheduled to release in April 2019, and few promotional videos were released as well. Even though it has received a U/A certificate from the Censor Board, the film produced by Amma Creations’ T Siva remains unreleased to date.Now, the latest buzz is that 'Party' is likely to release in September this year.
The producer of 'Party' Amma Creations’ T Siva has said in his recent interview with an online portal that the film would have been released in May as it has a perfect holiday mood. But it couldn't happen since the theaters are shut due to the pandemic. Next, he is looking forward to releasing the film in September, once the situation gets back to normal. Also, he hopes that the Coronavirus pandemic will be brought under control in the upcoming weeks.
'Party', which is directed by Venkat Prabhu, has a huge star cast that includes Jai, Shaam, Shiva, Sathyaraj, Jayaram, Ramya Krishnan, Regina Cassandra, Sanchita Shetty, Nivetha Pethuraj, Nassar, and Chandran amongst others. The music of the film is scored by Premgi Amaren, while the cinematography and editing are done by Rajesh Yadav and Praveen KL respectively.
