'Test' to 'Mookuthi Amman 2': Upcoming films of Nayanthara!

Actress Nayanthara was last seen in her film 'Annapoorani' which marked the actress' 75th film in her acting career. She last appeared on the bug screen in 2023 and now the actress has signed up for 5 new films which are in different stages of production. Here is a lis of the actress' upcoming films:

Nayanthara has signed up for a new film with director Vishnu Edavan and the film marks the writer's directorial debut. The films stars Kavin in the lead role and it is touted to be a romantic drama. The film is still kept under wraps and is in pre-production. The shooting for it is yet to begin.

The film marks the sequel of the blockbuster crime drama directed by Mohan Raja. The makers announced the sequel of the film last year and it is yet to go on floors. The movie will mark the third collaboration of Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara.

Directed by Dude Vicky, the film is a period drama. The film features Nayanthara, Yogi Babu, Devadarshini, Gouri Shankar and Narendra Prasath. The film's shooting has been wrapped up and the story of the film is still kept under wraps. The makers are also yet to reveal the release plan of the film.

The film is the sequel to the 2020 hit film 'Mookuthi Amman'. While the first part was directed by RJ Balaji, the sequel is said to be directed by Sundar C. The makers recently announced the film and it is still in pre-production. The actress is yet to start shooting for the film.
