’ today.

Sundar C said that a film like Sangamithra requires proper storyboard and asset creation before starting the shoot. “A film of that grandness and scale needs a perfect planning and our team has been working on the pre-production for the past one year,” he says. Comparing it with the ease of making ‘Kalakalappu 2’, he says, “For Kalakalappu 2 kind of films, we can immediately roll on after completing the script.”

He says that the shooting is expected to start from April or May, this year. The director says that the shooting is comparatively easy for Sangamithra than the pre-production. “For Sangamithra, the graphics work has already been started and keeping the digital images as reference, we would to shoot,” he adds. Sangamithra stars Jayam Ravi, Arya and Disha Patani in lead roles with AR Rahman’s peppy music.
