“He was so compassionate; he’d go out of his way to help people, even if he didn’t know them,” says RJ Balaji, “He never wanted to act in LKG; he did the film because he was close to the producer. You can never find anyone as dedicated as him. If the shoot started at 7am, he’d be there at 6am and would leave only after we tell him to. He was a huge blessing for us... even on the sets, he used to feed junior artistes with his own money. He was also an extremely polite gentleman; I haven’t seen him lose his cool. He was like a brother to me. He used to call me every day to chat. He has a beautiful family and I really wish they are taken care of. He has unconditionally helped so many people; so I want his family to have a good life. I’d definitely be one of those ever ready to help them at any time.”
