'Raayan' is going to be a special film for Dhanush and his fans as it marks the actor's 50th film. The milestone film of the actor is also his second directorial, and multiple reasons have increased the expectations for the film to a greater extent. Dhanush as a director and actor

After making his directorial debut with Pa Paandi, Dhanush decided to direct his 50th film, and he should have invested an extra effort for his milestone film. Also, Dhanush, who hasn't yet seen much in action dramas, has chosen an action subject for his 50th film, and this drives more attention. The dynamic actor is sporting a never before look for the film, and the second release of the actor in 2024 after 'Captain Miller' is expected to make the actor continue his winning streak.

SJ Suryah as a villain

SJ Suryah is the one actor who brings the magic touch to films through his roles. But he has always gone the extra mile to stun fans when it comes to villain roles. SJ Suryah playing an antagonist in 'Raayan' adds a plus to the film, and the challenging actor is expected to deliver a banger to be in the list of Best Villains of 2024.

The X factor

Other than Dhanush and SJ Suryah, 'Raayan' also has Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Selvaraghavan, Aparna Balamurali, Dushara Vijayan, Prakash Raj, and Saravanan among others. One among them is going to be the X factor in the film for sure, and the surprise continues with the trailer given a common focus on all their characters. There might also be any surprise entries in 'Raayan', and we have to wait to see who is going to steal the show through the action drama.

A film for action lovers

'Raayan' is going to be a special film for action film lovers, and the film has been certified 'A' by CBFC for its ruthless action sequences. So, Dhanush is set to deliver a memorable action film for the audience. Also, 'Raayan' has a parallel connection with the Raavana character in Ramayana and this turned out to be a more curious topic to watch out for.

AR Rahman's music

AR Rahman is taking care of the music for 'Raayan' and the composer reunited with Dhanush for a Tamil after 'Maryan' in 2013. AR Rahman has delivered an interesting set of songs, and the film has peaked well on musical platforms. AR Rahman's background score is going to be the key as the film mainly focuses on action, and his music is anticipated to elevate the dialogue-less scenes well.
