Director Pradeep Ranganathan has now become one of the most famous directors of Kollywood after the success of his film ‘Love Today’. As the film performed well in Tamil, the makers recently released the Telugu version which is also making good money at the box office and it continued to top the charts of the box office by becoming one of the blockbuster hits of the year.
As the response to the film in both Tamil and Telugu has been overwhelming, it is reported that the director has impressed multiple producers in the South film industry. News reports suggest that director Pradeep Ranganathan will be making his Tollywood debut soon and the buzz is that he has already signed for a project with producer Srinivasa Chitturi. Reports also claim that ‘Varisu’ producer Dil Raju has also approached director Pradeep for a collaboration. However, the news is yet to be confirmed.
‘Love Today’ is a romantic comedy helmed by Pradeep Ranganathan starring himself as the male lead alongside Ivana playing the female lead. The movie also casts Raveena Ravi, Yogi Babu, Sathyaraj, Radhika Sarathkumar in important roles. The film has made more than Rs 50 crore at the box office and the digital premiere of the movie is all set to be made on December 2.
