Editor TE Kishore, who won the National Award for Vetri Maaran���s Aadukalam, is in a critical condition after he suffered a brain stroke. Our sources in the industry tell us that Kishore was in the editing room with Vetri Maaran last Friday, working on their next project, when he suddenly fainted and remained unconscious. He was rushed to a private hospital where it was discovered that there was a clot in his brain.
An operation was performed but Kishore has been in coma for the past two days.
Kishore, who made his debut with the 2009 film
Eeram, has worked on films like
Engaeyum Eppothum, Paradesi, Udhayam NH4 and
Ethir Neechal.
