'Leo', 'Jailer', 'Vikram': Check out the recent Tamil films Ranbir Kapoor liked!

Actor Ranbir Kapoor is now all geared up for the release of his film 'Animal' in theatres. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the movie is an action emotional drama and the rest of the film's cast include Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. The movie is all set for its release in theatres on December 1 and it will be out in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. With just three days more left for the movie release, the cast is on a promotional tour and speaking at the Chennai pre release event on Sunday, the actor revealed the Tamil films of the recent time that he liked very much.

Leo

Ranbir Kapoor said that he liked Vijay's Leo. Earlier, Ranbir said that he sees Vijay as a very good man and has admired his films. Leo was directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and the movie was part of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe. The film made Rs 600 crore at the box office worldwide and the film features Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Gautham Menon, Priya Anand, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mathew Thomas, Sandy, Madonna Sebastian and Anurag Kashyap. The film's music was composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

Vikram

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Vikram is part of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe and it starred Kamal Haasan, Fahadh Faasil and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles. Ranbir Kapoor speaking about the film said that he liked the film and has watched it and praised director Lokesh Knagaraj.

Jailer

Ranbir Kapoor speaking to the media revealed that he watched Jailer and liked it very much. The actor has always been an admirer of the superstar actor and has once revealed that he likes the style of Rajinikanth. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, the film made Rs 650 crore at the box office and the film's music was composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The cast of the film included Rajinikanth, Ramya Krishnan, Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Vinayakan, Tiger Shroff, Sunil, TamannahBhatia, Mirna Menon, Vasanth Ravi.
