Kamal Haasan took to his social networking page to share a throwback photo with Sivaji Ganesan and shared a short note as well. Kamal Haasan said that veteran actor Sivaji Ganeshan was someone who reached the pinnacle of the performing arts and was the reason for the golden age of film appreciation. Worshipping Sivaji on his birthday today, he went on to say that Sivaji was someone who hasn't passed away in our hearts.
Veteran actor Sivaji Ganeshan passed away on July 21, 2001 at the age of 74 after suffering from respiratory problems. The demise of Sivaji Ganesan shocked the whole of Indian cinema. The legendary actor had acted in more than 280 films and stunned the audience with his amazing acting chops.
