Atharvaa played the role of a school student in the romantic drama 'Baana Kaathadi', which was directed by Badri Venkatesh. Atharvaa turned super fit to play as an athlete in the sports drama 'Eeti', which was directed by Ravi Arasu. Atharvaa played the role of a cop in the action drama '100', which was directed by Sam Anton, and it's his last release to date. Atharvaa, who wishes to become a fiery cop, gets posted in a control room. Then arrives a twist, and Atharvaa operates on a secret mission to prove his abilities. Atharvaa and Hansika Motwani played lead roles, while Radha Ravi and Raj Aiyyappa played crucial roles.
