Gautham Menon in trouble

Gautham Menon of Photon Kathas, R Jayaraman of RS Infotainment and P Madan of Escape Artist used to be close friends and co-operated with each other when it came to wok as well.
But things seem to have fallen apart as R Jayaraman has got an interim stay from a Chennai Civil Court against Gautham Menon and Madan from doing any film. Jayaraman has claimed in the petition that Gautham Menon and Madan had taken nearly 4.5 crore from him saying that they will do a film together, but nothing seems to have materialized.He added that Gautham Menon and Madan had signed an agreement with him on 27/11/2008 to do a movie together.
But now Gautham Menon and his production house Photon Kathas were trying to produce a film with Suriya in the lead and Madan and Escape Artist had produced Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga.
