'Velayudham'

Vijay's superhero drama 'Velayudham', which is directed by Mohan Raja, is about a youngster's fight against terrorism. Genelia D Souza and Hansika Motwani played the female leads, and the former takes a serious role as a journalist, while the latter plays a romantic role. Both shared a lovely screen time with Vijay, and their portions are enjoyable.

'Billa'

Ajith remade Rajinikanth's 'Billa' with the same title, and the film got released in 2007. Ajith played a dual role as a gangster, while the film has Nayanthara and Namitha as female leads. Nayanthara and Namitha’s presence in the film too was the USP of ‘Billa’.

'NGK'

Suriya's political thriller 'NGK', which was directed by Selvaraghavan, is about a youngster's success in politics. Sai Pallavi played Suriya's wife in the film, while Rakul Preet Singh played a political strategist. Suriya had two shades of love as his only aim was to become a popular politician.
