A source says, “Karthi’s fans association had organised a blood donation camp at the government general hospital in Chennai to mark the actor’s birthday. The camp saw his fans turn out in huge numbers to donate blood and also campaign for the cause."
Meanwhile, Karthi is presently shooting for his film with
Jeethu Joseph, which co-stars Nikhila Vimal. The film, which is about the bond between siblings, has his sister-in-law
Jyotika play his sister! The source adds, “The team has been shooting in Ooty for the last few days and tomorrow, they will continue with the schedule in Kerala, mostly Palakkad. So, it’s going to be a working birthday for Karthi, just the way he likes it to be.”
