However, the actor has now revealed that the secret behind his charming smile is because he lost a tooth. He said that he had a protruding tooth, which made his face look ugly and he was quite worried about it as a teenager. But once while he was engaged in a mock fight with his uncle, accidentally uncle’s fist hit the protruding tooth and it fell off. Dulquer says that he started bleeding from the mouth and his uncle got scared But Dulqer says he considered it a blessing as his smile became better.
