Director Atlee awaits two consecutive releases in 2023

Director Atlee's debut film 'Raja Rani' earned him fame, and subsequently, he directed three blockbuster films of Vijay and became a leading director. Atlee is next making his Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Jawaan' and the film is progressing steadily. Atlee and his wife Priya are going to be parents soon, and the couple announced the pregnancy with viral pictures last month.The couple is expecting their first child in February 2023, and this is going to be the first release of Atlee. The second will be 'Jawaan' featuring Shah Rukh Khan and the film is slated to hit the big screens on June 2, 2023.

"Happy New Year 2023 everyone! God Willing, we will be blessed with two releases this year Expecting Release one in February Release two on June 2 - #Jawan", wrote Atlee on his Twitter page to wish fans the New Year.
'Jawaan' shooting has been completed, and the film's post-production work has been progressing steadily. Shah Rukh Khan is said to be playing a dual role, while Deepika Padukone, Nayanthara, and Priyamani among others play crucial roles. Anirudh Ravichander is scoring the music, and he is also making his Bollywood debut along with Atlee and the female lead Nayanthara through 'Jawaan'.
Atlee is also said to be reuniting with Vijay for the fourth time after 'Jawaan' and the director will be reportedly directing the actor's 68th film.
