Anushka eyes Kollywood

Anushka���������s Telugu flicks have kept her on her toes and she hasn���������t really had the time to focus on Kollywood. However, all that might be a thing of the past as the bombshell has now put Tamil movies on top of her ���������filmi agenda��������� .
I���������m ready for more Tamil flicks, the actress told CT exclusively , My Deiva Thirumagal is ready for release.And now, I���������ll most likely star in a film with Karthi to be directed by Suraaj. The deal is not yet finalized but it���������s most probably going to happen. I���������ve big plans for Kollywood soon.
Perhaps the rave reviews she received for her performance in Vaanam, the Tamil remake of her superhit Vedham in Telugu, is one of the reasons for her to change direction. For the Tamil version , I got a chance to rectify the small mistakes I did in Vedham. That way, my character in Vaanam shaped up very well and I got accolades from several leading people in the industry, she said.
With a price tag of almost 1 crore, the actress seemed somewhat out of reach for Tamil producers, especially since the incidentals on her staff were very high. But now, with her decision to look at Kollywood in a big way, all that could just change.
Once she signs her film with Karthi, Anushka will join Tamannaah and Kajal Aggarwal who���������ve got their chances to act with the leading brothers of Tamil cinema. The lass, who shook a leg with the ���������Singham��������� of K-town , sure seems eager to do the same with the ���������Paiyya��������� of Tamil cinema as well.
