Actor Jai reveals that he missed working with director Gautham Vasudev Menon

Actor Jai is now awaiting the release of his next film ‘Pattampoochi’ along with Sundar C. Directed by Badri, the film is a psycho-thriller and it is a cat and mouse story between a serial killer and a police officer. Jai is playing the antagonist and is the serial killer in the film. The film is set to release in theatres on June 24.
Jai who is in the process of promoting the film, in an interview with a media house reportedly revealed that he missed the chance of acting in ‘Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya’ and ‘Raatchasan’ which were blockbuster hits in Kollywood cinema.
The actor when questioned if he had missed any films that were a major hits, he replied stating that following his role in ‘Subramaniapuram’, he had the opportunity to act in ‘Siva Manasula Sakthi’ and ‘Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya’ but was not able to sign it as he had other films that he committed. He also reportedly said that he missed the film ‘Raatchasan’ as well and that he was in talks with the director for six months but had to let go of it as he was working on other films.
