Nivin Pauly was given a second chance in his first audition

Actor Nivin Pauly had applied for the audition of the Malayalam film, Malarvaadi Arts Club to kick-start his career in films. But after the initial audition, it is said that he was not included in the list of 12 short-listed actors. When one of the short-listed actors dropped out, Nivin was given a second chance at the audition.
