Veyyil duo to join hands again

Director Vasantabalan, who is half way through his mega budget period film Aravan, is once again going back in time for his next.
The director behind the acclaimed Veyyil and Angadi Theru is ready with the script for this film, which sources say is going to be based on a true story that happened in Tamil Nadu during the World War II.
Vasanthabalan also seems to have finalised his hero for the new project, which is budgeted at Rs 10 crore.Yes, he’s casting Bharath, who was one of the leads in Veyyil, for this film. When CT got in touch with the actor, who’s in Dubai as part of the Kollywood all-star team that will be playing a cricket match against Tollywood stars, to confirm the news, he texted back saying, “Almost confirmed... 90%.”
The actor, who has almost completed his portions in the multi-starrer Vaanam, is now busy with Yuvan Yuvathi.
