Viswaroopam
Despite running into trouble at the initial stages, Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan has managed to get his magnum opus rolling. With word out that Kamal will be playing a terrorist in this flick, it should be interesting for the audience to
see their hero doing the villain act!
Nanban
This is the first remake that Shankar is working on, and fact that it has brought together Vijay, Jiiva and Srikanth in the same frame is one of the reasons why one should watch this film. While the Hindi original, 3 idiots, was one of the biggest grossers at the BO, will Nanban be able to match the record?
Maatraan
After the success of their last outing together, K V Anand and Suriya are back with Maatraan. While it was reported that Suriya will play a Siamese twin in the flick, Anand went on record to say that the actor will be playing five different characters in it. There, we have five reasons to catch this flick!
Podaa Podi
A musical rom-com, probably a first from Simbu’s stable, the film has been in the making for long. It also marks the debut of Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar. One of the highlights of the film is said to be the sizzling chemistry the lead actors share.
Vettai
This is a typical Lingusamy film — high on action, sentiment and comedy. While the four lead actors have maintained that they share an excellent rapport off-screen, it will be interesting to see if their chemistry translates on-screen too.
Muppozhudhum Un Karapanaigal
Touted as a G V Prakash musical, the film promises to portray Atharvaa and
Amala Paul in new light. Shot in exotic locations in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, New York and Las VegasVegas, the film will be a milestone in the careers of its lead actors.
Billa 2
After the success of Ajith’s Mankatha, K’wood seems to be awaiting the release of Billa 2, a prequel to his Billa, with bated breath. Ajith is said to have gone for a complete image makeover, and has lost oodles of weight for his role as the Don!
Aadhi Bhagavan
Three years after the National Award-winning Paruthiveeran hit screens, director Ameer announced his next with Jayam Ravi. The film faced its share of controversies — from change in heroine to rumours of the film getting shelved. Finally, we hear the film is in the stage of completion.

With the single Kolaveri Di... becoming a phenomenon, debutante director Aishwaryaa Dhanush now has the additional responsibility of making the movie click as well. With the fresh pairing of Dhanush-Shruti becoming a hot topic of discussion, the film already seems to be getting its share of publicity.
Aravaan
Every actor in Vasanthabalan’s dream period project has put in a lot of hard work to look the character and speak the language. While the film is ready to hit screens this year, will it be able to break the jinx that period flicks have been facing in Kollywood in recent times?
