This ‘Fighter’ is the most- ‘Wanted’ in the Eight Pack Club. But packing this ‘abs’olute punch was no mean feat. The secret to those ripples lay in a diet of boiled chicken and veggies, egg white, ripe papaya, sweet lime, abdominal, core-stability exercises and multi-joint movements twice a day.

And, thus, the hero towers tall over every ‘Shotru’ .
Dev
Come what may, this ‘Paglu’ doesn’t believe in giving his regimen a miss. “I am into cardio and weight training. I don’t miss my hourly exercises even for a day,” says the lean mean machine, adding, “More than packs, it’s a fit body that makes all the difference.” The truth lays bare: make those workouts sacrosanct, keep those gooey, deep-fried cravings at bay and the caressing curves will ‘abs’olutely be yours. ‘Challenge’ ?
Indraneil
Less is more, you say? Nah, not any more. At least not when you are talking about that toned and chiselled structure. Indraneil can “Autograph” this truth about body basics. The man, who doesn’t deviate from his hour-and-a-half exercise regimen, says, “There’s no strict diet plan as such but I try and abstain from carbs post-afternoon . However, I indulge in five to six small meals. Dinner, for me, has to be over and done with latest by 8.30.”

Rajdeep
New to join the Movers and ‘Pack’ers club, Rajdeep still swears by his junk intake. No strict regimen there, he stresses. “Dietary restrictions aren’t for me. And neither am I addicted to a daily dose of gym. I am a jogger and run for one hour daily. In case I miss out on this, I make do with my free hand exercises and yoga,” says the actor.
Tota
Bangalee to the core, following a diet isn’t exactly Tota’s cup of joe. But instead of taking the tero pod route, the actor indulges in small portions, preferably cooked in bare minimum oil. His musts include, “six day of gymming for an hour and one day of carefree surrender” . Two days of weight training, two days of cardio and core conditioning followed by a day of martial art and flexibility training pumps up those muscles for Tota.
