Lately, it's been all work and no sleep in the nights for actor Indrajith. The 31-year-old star has turned a nocturnal worker for Arun Kumar Aravind's Ee Adutha Kaalathu, which is currently being shot in Thiruvananthapuram."About 70 to 80 per cent are night scenes in the movie and so shooting gets over only by 2 or 3 am," says Indrajith. "I sleep the rest of the day to make up for it."With the filming keeping him busy, the actor hardly finds time to be with his wife Poornima and his two daughters.
"Its going to get tougher when I leave for Andaman for a month to shoot for my next film," adds Indrajith.
However, he takes it all in its stride and says, "When you are in this field, there are things you have to give up."After canning the shoot for Ee Adutha Kaalathu, the actor will leave to Andaman Islands on October 10 for the shooting of Dr Biju's Aakashathinte Niram. The duo had earlier worked together for the National Award-winning Veettilekkulla Vazhi."It is about the nature-man relationship," says Dr Biju about the movie, which will be entirely shot in the islands. The plot revolves around four people who live in an isolated island and the changes that happen when Indrajith's character comes into their lives.Kollywood actress Amala Paul, Nedumudi Venu, Anoop Chandran and master Govardhan (Veettilekkulla Vazhi) play the islanders in the movie, which will also have superstar Prithviraj in a guest role.
