The second edition of CCL promises to be bigger and better with addition of new teams - 'Bengal Tigers' and 'Kerala Super Stars', and international match venues.

The second edition of Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) is going to be bigger and more extravagant.
Scheduled to be held ahead of Indian Premier League (IPL) 5 next year, CCL 2 will see a whole lot of additions. Two new teams Bengal franchise and Kerala, will be part of CCL next year. Film producer Boney Kapoor and his wife Sreedevi along with Sahara group own the Bengal team called 'Bengal Tigers' while the Mollywood franchise team called 'Kerala Super Stars', is owned by director Priyadarshan.

Insiders inform that the Indian cricket team former captain Saurav Ganguly has agreed to mentor the 'Bengal Tigers' and Kerala Mega Star Mohanlal will be the brand ambassador for 'Kerala Super Stars'. The Bollywood team,' Mumbai Heroes', itself will have new additions in its team. Actors Saif Ali Khan, Prateik Babbar and Bobby Deol are all set to play for 'Mumbai Heroes' in CCL 2 that will be held from January 25, 2011 to February 20, 2011.
CCL organizers are also taking CCL to the world as five matches will be played in UAE. In India, a total of 12 matches are scheduled to be played in five cities Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Cochin.
