Divya Spandana goes back in time

Divya Spandana is all set to work with Kannada actor Upendra in Gandhinagarada Mahatme.
The film is a remake of the Malayalam flick Udayananu Tharam.
Says Divya, “A part of the film will have a mythological flavour. I’m working with two directors-cum-actors and I play a role similar to Draupadi in the film. The original film doesn’t have my character in it. My long-term wish of doing a period film has been fulfilled.”
