The TV host-cum-actor , fresh from his first release ‘Marina’, talks about the comfort levels he shared with his co-stars in his next film, the eagerly awaited ‘3’.
Fresh from his first film ‘Marina’, which is currently running in theatres, TV host turned actor Sivakarthikeyan talks about his upcoming project, the highly awaited movie ‘3’, which has already been in the news for it’s song ‘Kolaveri Di’, which has gained worldwide recognition.

“Though Dhanush and Shruti Hassan are big names in the industry, they made me feel very comfortable on the sets of ‘3’, with Shruti Hassan constantly referring to me as an innocent boy,” he chuckles.
Sivakarthikeyan also says that he was confident about the effectiveness of his role in his first film, the recently released ‘Marina’.
“While my total screen presence in the film is for an hour, I was confident that I would have the audience entertained for atleast 55 minutes in the film,” he says.
In the city to perform at “Hilaricas 2012”, an inter-college cultural competition organized by Hindusthan College of Arts and Science in the city on Tuesday, the actor reveals that acting happened by chance, and he will not sacrifice his role as a TV anchor anytime in the near future.
“It was my successful stint as an anchor that landed me my first movie role, so there is no way that I will turn my back on anchoring anytime in the near future,” he stresses.
