Though B Praak has sung peppy numbers and love ballads, he has always garnered more love by singing sad romantic songs. Released half a decade back, 'Mann Bharya' was the debut song of B Praak as a singer. Written by Jaani, the song was about an abusive husband and a wife who waited for his love. The song tugged at the heartstrings of the audience in no time. This song was revamped and used in the movie 'Shershaah'.

Another very famous sad romantic song by B Praak is 'Masstaani'. Released in 2018, the song featured Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia. It was the tale of treachery, where a married man tries to fool a girl by luring him into his love trap. However, when the girl gets to know the reality, she says, "me teri masstaani ni bnna' (i will not be your second woman).
