B Praak has turned a year older today, and what better way to celebrate his birthday than listing down his most loved melodies? Though B Praak has sung peppy numbers and love ballads, he has always garnered more love by singing sad romantic songs. Thus, today we have handpicked his top 5 sad-romantic melodies that have described the pain of a broken heart in the most beautiful way.
Scroll down:
Released half a decade back, 'Mann Bharya' was the debut song of B Praak as a singer. Written by Jaani, the song was about an abusive husband and a wife who waited for his love. The song tugged at the heartstrings of the audience in no time. This song was revamped and used in the movie 'Shershaah'.
Another very famous sad romantic song by B Praak is 'Masstaani'. Released in 2018, the song featured Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia. It was the tale of treachery, where a married man tries to fool a girl by luring him into his love trap. However, when the girl gets to know the reality, she says, "me teri masstaani ni bnna' (i will not be your second woman).
'Kaun Hoye Ga' is a track from Sargun Mehta and Ammy Virk starrer 'Qismat'. This song featured the pain of the two lovers who had to part ways because fate played its vicious game. On one hand, where the situation of the song in itself was so emotional, on the other hand, B Praak's vocals added to the sentimental value of the song.
Released in 2019, 'Rabba Ve' is from the movie 'High End Yaariyan'. This song is based on Jassie Gill and Navneet Kaur Dhillon and describes their break-up phase. It goes without saying that Jaani's lyrics perfectly describe the pain and despair that the couple was going through, but without B Praak's vocals, this emotion would have not reached the audience's hearts.
'Salooq' is one of the recent outings of B Praak. The song featured in Sargun Mehta and Gitaz Bindrakhia's 'Moh'. This track is all about a broken heart, a heart that was valued by none, not even by the one who claimed to love it.
