Like Bollywood shaadis, Marathi weddings too are making news these days. People are really excited to know every little detail when their favourite celebs are tying the knot. Celeb weddings have always been an inspiration for an idea for our own wedding. We always try to find out the venue, the wedding attire, the designer of the celeb weddings. Manva Naik, the famous actress and director of Marathi film industry, got married to producer Sushant Tungare on 17 March 2017. Their marriage was a private ceremony where only friends and relatives were invited. Manva looked gorgeous in her wedding attire and it was a complete Marathi wedding. Manva and Sushant have together produced Marathi serial 'Chuk Bhul Dyavi Ghyavi'.

We often have seen actors getting married to actors or somebody of the same field. But the actor-director Kranti Redkar got married to her friend who is completely from the opposite stream. On 29 March 2017, Kranti tied the knot with the IPS officer Sameer Wankhede in a simple and a low key marriage ceremony. Close friends included some of her co-actors from the industry who attended the wedding. Kranti looked extremely beautiful in her wedding lehenga.

One of the leading ladies of Marathi film industry who has given us hit films like 'Coffee Aani Barach Kahi' and 'Whatsup Lagna', Prarthana Behere tied the knot with the famous director Abhishek Jawkar on 14 November 2017. Both of them wanted to have a destination wedding and got married in Goa in a traditional yet fancy ceremony. Prarthana donned the Maharashtrian bride avatar and Abhishek too looked stunning in an off-white sherwani. The wedding was attended by her industry close buddies Vaibhav Tatwawaadi, Sonalee Kulkarni and Priya Marathe.

Marathi and Hindi film actress Sagarika Ghatge got married to the famous Indian cricketer Zaheer Khan on 24 November 2017. The couple opted for a court marriage which followed a grand reception for Bollywood biggies and Zaheer's colleagues on 27 November. Sagarika looked absolutely gorgeous in the red Sabyasachi saree, and also flaunted her stunning Banarasi bridal lehenga from the same.

Marathi film actor Shashank Ketkar tied the knot for the second time with his lawyer girlfriend Priyanka Dhavale on 4 December 2017. The wedding and other functions took place in Pune along with the relatives and family. Both the groom and the bride looked stunning in the wedding attire.
