The trailer of Sriram Raghavan's 'Badlapur' took everyone by storm especially because of Varun Dhawan's impressive turn into a revenge machine.
The actor reportedly underwent rigorous training to get the perfect look for the film. What's even interesting is that he took the trouble of learning a specific Marathi dialect for his role. Varun plays the role of a Maharashtrian boy and he wanted to get the nuances of his character right.

According to reports, he made it a point to speak to his Marathi crew in the language on the sets. "My gym instructor is a Maharashtrian and I would converse with him in the language as well," Varun was reported saying.
'Badlapur' starts Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Huma Qureshi. Its Marathi connection doesn't end there. Radhika Apte to is a part of the cast. She was last seen in 'Lai Bhaari' opposite Riteish Deshmukh.
